John Cleese Monty Python is a selection of my favourite segments, not all of them are from Monty Python, however 95% feature John Cleese, who in my opinion is the greatest comedian who ever lived, along with the rest of the Pythons.

Dead parrot

The “Dead Parrot Sketch”, originally known as the “Pet Shop Sketch” or “Parrot Sketch”, is from Monty Python’s Flying Circus about a non-existent species of parrot, called a “Norwegian Blue”.

I cut down trees, I eat my lunch
I go to the lavat’ry
On Wednesdays I go shopping
And have buttered scones for tea

I love to press wild flow’rs
I put on women’s clothing
And hang around in bars.

Wink wink nudge nudge, say no more.
