Next Best Bar Pattaya & Best bar are side by side in Soi 8 one of Pattaya’s best known party streets. If you want to be close to these bars right upstairs is the Baron Beach hotel, very convenient indeed.
Best bar has had same owner for over 25 years.
Owned named Sven who everyone calls Seven. 🙂
